You may use our factory representative list in the Contact section, or email us for representative information at  info@theplattcollections.com


Q. I am a dealer, how do I get my existing catalog updates?
You can download the catalog update form located in the e-Services section available when logged in, fill it out and fax to 626-444-5482. You may also notify your Platt Representative.


Q. I am a dealer, how do I order a new catalog or get online dealer web access.
To order a new catalog or get website dealer access, please make a request thorough your Platt Collections representative or email us at info@theplattcollections.com; New catalogs are $100 each and are fully refundable with your first order of $2,000 or more.


Q. Where can I see the Platt Collections finishes or fabrics.
High resolution detailed product photography is available at the bottom of the individual product tear sheets under alternate views. The Platt Collections fabric options are located on the Furniture page under "Fabric Options".


Q. Where can I see the Platt Collections accessories?
You can review them on-under the accessory catagory on the top of the main page.


Q. Can I print or save an item I have researched for retrieval later?
Yes, product tear sheets (PDF) for each item can be downloaded and printed for all of our collection. Product pages can also be saved for future reference by using the "My Portfolio" feature.


Q. I am a consumer, can I order directly from the Platt Collections?
No, the Platt Collections is a to the trade only company. However, you can locate a retail store near you by using the Platt Locator search feature on the main page. Just enter your zip code or postal code and a list of local retail stores will come up in your area. If needed you may contact us at info@theplattcollections.com for more information.


Q. Are custom orders accepted?

Depending on the request, the Platt Collections will do everything possible to accommodate a custom request. Usually our dimensions are standard, and where possible we can do custom color or fabric. Please inquire at with your Platt Collections retailer who will be able to guide you through the special ordering process or contact your Platt Collections representative.

 



Q. Does the Platt Collections have their own Showrooms?
Yes, we have showrooms located in High Point, North Carolina, Los Angeles, California at the Los Angeles Mart Design Center and in Dallas, Texas in the World Trade Center.

Q. I am an international buyer , can I purchase the Platt Collections?
Yes, the Platt Collections have Showrooms in Los Angeles CA, Dallas TX, and High Point NC. Orders can be placed through these locations. If you need more information please email us at info@theplattcollections.com.
